For the apple and curd spread, first peel and core the apple and cut into small cubes. Bring to a boil in a pot together with the apple juice, lemon juice and curry powder.

Cook at low temperature for about 7 minutes until the apple pieces are soft and then let cool. Add the butter to the apple mixture and blend with a hand blender until fine.

Stir in the curd cheese. Use a piping bag to pipe the apple and curd spread onto saltine crackers.

Preparation Tip:

You can also serve the apple and curd spread with fresh baguette for snack.
