For the apple toast, first finely grate the horseradish (amount as desired – determines the sharpness) and mix with the cream cheese, carefully season with salt.

Wash the apple, dry it and cut it into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Fry the apple slices and the toast slices in a grill pan with a little hot oil on both sides.

Spread the slices of toast with the horseradish cream cheese, place the fried apple slices on top and garnish with sprouts. Season with freshly ground pepper.

Preparation Tip:
