These apple cakes are quickly made, so they are also good for dinner. The fruits provide carbohydrates and vitamins, the curd provides egg white on top of everything.

For the batter, mix the flour with milk a little at a time. Then add the egg and a little salt, mix. Allow to swell for 15 minutes, add a dash of mineral water. Cut the banana into the curd, mix with the mixer until creamy. Stir in the only slightly drained raspberries (you can also use frozen berries). Rinse apples, cut out the core with a corer, cut apples into finger-thick rings. Melt fat 5 mm high in a small frying pan until it boils.
