Instructions:

First prepare the baked apples. Wash and dry the apples and carefully remove the cores with an apple corer.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Drizzle the apples with melted butter and roll them in a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon and fill the inside with it.

Place the apples on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast for about 30-35 minutes, until the apples are soft.

Finely strain the apples and mix with the pulp of the vanilla bean, the jelling sugar and the lemon juice.

If you like, you can season the jam with a pinch of cinnamon. Simmer the jam for about 5 minutes until the jelly test is successful.

Fill into jam jars while still hot and seal well.
