For the baked apple juice, first soak the almonds and dates in water for at least 4 hours. Then drain the water and rinse the almonds.

Wash the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the core if necessary. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon and drizzle with vanilla flavoring. Remove the peel from the lemon and quarter the fruit. Put the almonds, dates, apples, lemon and half the glass of water in the juicer. Then add the raisins and serve the baked apple juice.

Preparation Tip:

Cinnamon stimulates the metabolism and naturally lowers blood sugar. If you don't like raisins in baked apple juice, simply omit them.
