Instructions:

Croutons: Cut toast into cubes and toast them in butter until golden brown. Squeeze garlic and add, mix well and toast a little bit. Leave the croutons to cool. For the sauce, mix the spices with the juice of one lemon and the aceto, then add the oil.

Remove the skin from the bananas, slice them diagonally and mix them with the sauce on the spot. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel, slice and add to the bananas. Rinse tomatoes, cut larger ones in half, add to lettuce. Prepare frisée leaf lettuce (prepare ready to cook, e.g. peel, remove woody parts and dirt), rinse, arrange on four large plates. Form leaf lettuce in center, sprinkle with croutons, bring to table on the spot. Serve with crusty bread.
