Instructions:

For the basic recipe for pizza dough, dissolve yeast and honey in about 70 ml of lukewarm water. In a bowl, mix salt and flour with a dough hook. Add oil, yeast mixture and the remaining water and slowly knead everything well. Knead until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl (about 5 minutes). Remove from bowl and knead by hand for another 2-3 minutes until you have a nice smooth, silky dough. Place in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 parts and knead again by hand for another 3 minutes each. Then roll under the heel of your hand for about 1 more minute until the dough is nice and soft. Now let dough balls rest for another 15-20 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough thinly to the desired size and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top as desired and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
