Instructions:

Stir yeast with sugar. Heat the milk and let the butter melt in it. Prepare all ingredients into a smooth dough. Knead until it separates from surface and hands and when cut it shows small bubbles.

Place in a warm place to rise until double in size. Divide into pieces, roll them out oval, in about 15 cm long. Make four transverse cuts, opposite each other, about 5 cm long.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake until doubled (1/2 to 1 hour).

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Brush the Lentwhe with egg yolk water, sprinkle with caraway seeds and bake for 15 to 20 min until golden brown.
