Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Clean mushrooms, rinse, perhaps chop into small pieces. Cut leek into rings. Fry bacon in oil until crispy. Take out. Roast potatoes in bacon fat for 10 minutes, turning until golden brown. Add leek and mushrooms, cook for another 10 minutes. Mix eggs, season with salt and pepper and add to vegetables.
