Instructions:

For the beef soup pot, put beef, celeriac, whole onion including peel, parsley and spices in an unperforated container and pour 1 l of water. Steam at 100° C for 1 hour.

Peel beet and cut into small cubes, finely noodle white cabbage and coarsely grate carrots. Add to the soup pot and steam for another 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and possibly a little soy sauce.

Remove beef and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Garnish the finished soup pot with beef pieces and with finely chopped spring onion and serve hot.
