Beet Hummus on Brown Bread with Avocado and Feta

Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat and meanwhile wrap the beets in aluminum foil. Then cook for about 1 1/2 hours until they are cooked through.

Once the beets are done, they can be taken out of the oven to peel them and then cut them into cubes.

Finely puree the beets together with the garlic and chickpeas, then add tahini, lemon juice, salt and the Kotányi VEGGY Hot+Spicy seasoning to mix everything well again. If the hummus is too firm, a little more water can be added.

The hummus can be transferred from the container to a bowl and set aside.

Toast the brown bread, spread the hummus on the bread and top with the avocado slices and feta.

Serve hummus sprinkled with sesame seeds.
