Sift flour into a large enough bowl, whisk with soda, baking powder, sugar and salt. Whisk orange zest, juice, milk, oil and egg in a baking bowl and stir into flour mixture. Stir until mixture is creamy.

Pour about 60 ml of the batter into a coated frying pan, sprinkle a heaping tablespoon of blueberries on top. Turn the pancake to the other side when the surface is covered with bubbles and the edge looks cooked. Repeat this procedure with the remaining batter and blueberries.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
