Bornholm is a small island in the Baltic Sea, known among other things for its herring (fresh or smoked). Here is a quick recipe in an unusual combination.
Mix the eggs with the cow’s milk as well as the salt. Get the oil hot in a frying pan, and pour in the egg-cow’s milk mixture. Fry until the desired consistency is reached. Chop the chives, herrings, radishes and leaf lettuce and spread on top of the omelet.
Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
