Clean the mushrooms dry and cut larger ones in half.

Rinse the peppers in cold water, cut in half and remove the seeds, skin and stalk. Cut into coarse pieces.

Peel the corn on the cob, if necessary, and slice with a sharp knife.

Wrap each sausage with a slice of pancetta.

Thread the sausages, mushrooms, bell pepper pieces and corn on the cob slices alternately onto the skewers.

Grill the sausage skewers on the hot grill, turning several times, until crispy brown.

Preparation Tip:

You can also prepare this recipe with conventional fried sausages. Then simply cut the sausages into 3 cm thick slices.
