Cut peppers in half. Remove seeds. Wash. Cut into small squares. Cut tomatoes into quarters. Cut bacon into cubes. Fry. Add peppers, tomatoes, peeled and diced onions and water. Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
