For the Breakfast Wraps, fry bacon in a skillet and lift out. Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour into the same pan. Stir until creamy. Cut the tomato into large pieces.

Warm the tortillas briefly in a coated pan or in the microwave, if desired. Spread out tortillas, spread the scrambled eggs on top. Top each with salsa, shredded cheese, a slice of bacon and the tomato pieces. Then roll up the Breakfast Wraps and serve.
