For the cabbage rolls, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Boil millet with 1 cup of water. Mix well minced meat with onion, garlic, egg, millet and spices.

Remove thick midrib from cabbage leaves one by one, wash- Boil water in a large pot, blanch cabbage leaves in it and quench in ice water.

Stuff the large cabbage leaves with the mince and roll tightly. Cut the small remaining cabbage into small pieces, place in the baking dish and arrange the cabbage roulades on top.

Put some butter on each roll and cover with the lid. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the cabbage rolls with tomato or yogurt sauce. Boiled potatoes also go well with it.
