Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat and grease and possibly flour a ø20 cm baking pan.

Now beat the butter and sugar until white and fluffy.

Then add the eggs one by one until a fluffy mixture is formed.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly but vigorously.

Finally, fold in the chocolate chips by hand.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool well and then cut it into 8 equal pieces.

Heat the jam until it is completely liquid and then spread a thin layer of it all around and on top of each piece of cake.

Heat the dark glaze until it is completely liquid and coat all the cake pieces with it.

Melt the white icing and with the help of a spoon draw white stripes as decoration on each cakesicle.

Now mix the Guma pastry cream until creamy and pipe a generous dollop onto each cakesicle using a piping bag with a star nozzle.

Decorate with berries and a marzipan flower each.

Finally, push an ice cream stick into each Cakesicle, as shown in the pictures.

To make the sticks stick better, dip each one individually in the white chocolate icing beforehand.
