Sauté meat and onions in butter. Add celery and carrots and sauté. Extinguish with soup.

Mix in tomato concentrate, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 90 minutes. Add cabbage strips and cook for another 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. If the dish is too liquid, make it again for 10 min with open pot.
