Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Quickly crumble butter, powdered sugar, flour, egg and a little salt. Rest dough, covered, in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Flour surface and roll out dough on it about 1/2 inch thick. Grease fruit cake pan and line with dough. Place cake pan in refrigerator.

Rinse grapes, remove stems and dry. Cut larger berries in half.

Mix yogurt with sugar and mascarino until smooth. Add vanilla sugar and a tiny bit of grated lemon zest and mix in. Mix in eggs and flour. Mix 1/3 of the grapes with the cheese mixture, spread evenly on the dough ( not higher than the edge of the dough) and sprinkle the remaining grapes on top.

Preheat oven to 180-200 C° and bake the cake in about 40 min until golden brown.

Sprinkle the cheese and grape cake with sugar.
