Instructions:

For the cheeseburger, mix the minced meat well with the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Form 6 equal-sized patties from the mixture and fry them in a hot pan.

Then cook at low heat (in the pan or in the oven) until done. When the meat is cooked through, put cheese on top and let it melt.

Cut tomatoes and onion into slices. Now put the onion in a pan and let it caramelize with 1-2 tablespoons of honey.

Cut burger buns in half and fry both cut sides well in pan or toast in toaster.

For sauce 1 mix well sour cream, ketchup (2-3 tbsp), mustard (1-2 tbsp) and some salt and pepper. You have to taste this sauce individually.

If you want it to be sweet, use more ketchup. If you want it more spicy, use more mustard.

For sauce 2: Finely chop the parsley and mix well with the sour cream. Do not forget to add salt and pepper.

Preparation Tip:

I always layer my cheeseburger like this (top to bottom): Bun Sauce1-Tomato Meatloaf with Cheese-Caramelized Onion Sauce2-Bun.
