Instructions:

Grind Gorgonzola, whipped cream and yogurt with a hand blender. If necessary, add more yogurt or whipped cream. Salt, pepper and white wine vinegar to taste.

Cut chicory into small pieces (don’t forget to cut out stem), and rinse well while warm. Cut pear(s) into slices and add to chicory form, chop walnuts a bit. Fold in sauce.
