A bean recipe for every taste:

Soak beans in cold water for one night. Cut beef into fine cubes with a kitchen knife.

Finely dice onions and garlic, chili peppers without seeds as well.

Sauté onions in olive oil, add garlic, add meat and ground beef unseasoned. Sauté everything a little bit. Then add the tomatoes with juice, cut them well with a potato masher. Then add the spices and the soaked and drained beans. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and put in the oven at 180 °C for 2 hours.

During the cooking time, maybe add a little bit of clear soup, because the beans absorb liquid differently.

Everything should be nice and juicy, spicy, but still aromatic.

Ideal accompaniment: white wine, beer, pita bread.
