Instructions:

Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Peel and cut the onion. Clean and cut off the mushrooms. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion, followed by the mushrooms. Extinguish with white wine and cook.

Finally, add about half a bunch of parsley (finely chopped).

Plate the chops a little bit, season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the meat on both sides. Place the puff pastry on a work surface and cut it into pieces more than twice the size of the meat. Place the browned pieces of meat on the puff pastry. Place 1 slice of ham, 1 tbsp of sautéed mushrooms and 1 slice of ham on top of each. Wrap the puff pastry, brush the edges well with beaten egg and close (cut away any protruding edges). Brush the finished puff pastry packets with egg, pierce small holes (so that water vapor can escape) and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Arrange decoratively on plates, garnish with parsley and halved cherry tomatoes. Serve with mixed salad.
