For the coffee crescents, prepare the coffee and reduce to about 1 tablespoon and allow to cool.

Mix the cane sugar, flour and walnuts and quickly knead in the butter. Finally, add the cold coffee. Let the dough rest for two hours.

Preheat the oven to 170 ºC hot air.

Separate the dough with a dough card into a few pieces of the same size and make rolls of about 1.5 cm in diameter. Divide these strands again into small pieces and shape them into croissants.

Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished coffee crescents with powdered sugar while they are still hot or decorate them with a coffee glaze when they have cooled down.
