For the coffee cup cookies, cut the butter into small pieces. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix all ingredients with salt and powdered sugar, add the egg and the coffee and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
