Coffee Ice Cream on a Stick

For the coffee popsicle, first prepare the coffee as usual. If desired, sweeten with sugar, making sure that the sugar dissolves completely. Allow to cool slightly.

Pour the coffee into popsicle molds. Freeze for several hours.

Before removing the coffee popsicles, you may want to run the molds briefly under warm water to help the popsicles separate.

Preparation Tip:

If you prefer latte, you can also make the coffee popsicle with less coffee and a little milk instead.
