Instructions:

Clean the berries and remove from the panicles, cut the strawberries in half. Soak gelatin in cold water.

Put sugar with 3 tbsp water in a saucepan and make it into light caramel. Extinguish with white wine, orange juice and juice of one lemon. Cut open the vanilla pod, extract the pulp and add both to the saucepan. Also add half of the berries and make 5 min. Squeeze the soaked gelatine, add it to the hot (no longer boiling) liquid, strain through a sieve and let the soup cool down.

Then add the remaining berries and arrange in deep plates. If you like, add whipped cream or vanilla sauce on top.
