Remove the peel from the potatoes and cut into cubes, boil in the beef broth with the black pepper and simmer gently for 30 minutes. In the meantime, cut the onion and brown it in olive oil. Press the garlic, remove the peel from the ginger and cut it into very small pieces, add both ingredients and brown them. When everything is browned, remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut them. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut into small, fine rings. Add to the onion mixture along with curry, garam masala, paprika powder, pizza seasoning and cumin form, browning while mixing well. When the potatoes are soft, the soup in a hand mixer form and finely grind. Then stir in the pan-stirred spices.

As a final step, mix the lemon zest, finely plucked cilantro, and coconut milk in the hand blender. Tips for serving: Before serving, perhaps reheat the soup in the pot, but do not make it. To refine, you can peel a fresh mango, halve it, cut it into strips and decorate the soup with it.

Or: Cut an avocado in half, remove the peel, cut into wedges and also decorate the filled plate. The ingredients are each for four people.
