For the cornflakes-almond cookies, mix cornflakes and almonds together and crush. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add cinnamon, salt, powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Then mix everything with the crushed cornflakes and almonds. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick and cut out cookies.

Brush with egg yolk and bake the cornflakes-almond cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 14-15 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can dip the underside of the cornflakes-almond cookies in a little bit of melted dark chocolate.
