For the cup strudel in muffin molds, first prepare the cream. Mix the blueberries with the powdered sugar and strain. Add the QimiQ and stir in the sour cream. Chill for approx. 3 hours! Remove the strudel sheets from the refrigerator and preheat the oven to 160°C.

Divide each pastry sheet into 6 equal squares, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with granulated sugar, cinnamon and chopped almonds and place in muffin tins. Carefully press down. Bake in the preheated oven on the bottom rack for about 8 minutes, let the cup strudel cool and remove from the molds.

Pour cooled blueberry cream into the cooled muffin tins, decorate with fresh berries and whipped cream.
