A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a large enough bowl (butter cut into small pieces), knead briefly with a mixer, put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. (If the dough is kneaded too long, it will become hard when baked).
Roll out the dough, spread a saved tart springform pan with it, prick the bottom several times with a fork.
Mix the eggs, egg yolks, milk, sugar, cornflour, vanilla sugar and curd very well, pour onto the pastry base and bake until very light.
Circuit: 180-200 °C , 2nd slide bar v. U.
170-190 °C , convection oven 30-35 min.
Heat the berries with sugar in a saucepan. Mix cornflour with cold water, add to berries form, stir carefully, bring to boil once. Spread the berry compote evenly on the cake and cool.
