Soak stale bread roll in milk. Chop basil leaves into small pieces.

2) Preparation: Mash the soaked bread with a fork. Add curd cheese, broccoli and egg to the bread roll form, mix well. Add chives, bread crumbs, basil and sesame seeds and horseradish, mix well. Season the mixture with iodized salt and freshly ground pepper. Loosely and lightly fold the diced tomatoes into the finished mixture, form small burgers and bake in hot canola oil until golden brown on both sides.

3) Serve: Serve cold or warm as a snack or with pasta on parsley sauce as a main course.
