Remove filo dough from refrigerator approx. 10 min. before processing. Preheat oven to 180° C. Season chicken with salt, pepper and curry powder and fry in hot oil, let cool. Mix chicken with blanched carrots, green onion and crème fraîche. Cut dough sheets into 4 equal squares and brush with melted butter. Place two dough squares on top of each other and spread the mixture on the lower part of the dough, leaving about 2 cm of margin on the left and right sides. Roll up the dough, press the side ends together like “candy”, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Preparation Tip:
If you prefer a little more dough, use 4 squares of dough on top of each other (so 1 sheet). With colorful leaf salad or a spicy tomato salad this simple and creative recipe tastes great.
