Instructions:

For the duck with red beans and peppers, remove the skin and cut the meat into fine strips. Season with salt and pepper. Core the bell bell pepper and cut into strips. Heat the sesame oil in a wok pan. Add duck breast strips and stir-fry.

Remove meat, add bell bell pepper strips, cleaned pea pods, garlic and ginger and stir fry for about 1 minute as well. Meanwhile, mix the soy sauce with chili sauce, oyster sauce, chicken soup as well as cornstarch and pour into the wok.

Add the meat and beans and simmer everything for another 1 minute. Then arrange the duck with red beans and peppers in bowls.
