For the egg and fruit salad, boil the eggs for 10 minutes, rinse and peel.

Separate egg whites and yolks. Chop egg whites finely.

For the sauce, mix egg yolks with yogurt and season with lemon juice. Heat honey and glaze the wholemeal bread cubes in it.

Arrange the apple and pear wedges on plates. Pour the chopped egg whites and the yogurt sauce on top and serve the egg and fruit salad sprinkled with the wholemeal bread cubes.

Preparation Tip:

Use organic eggs for the egg and fruit salad if possible!
