For the elderberry schnapps, put 15-20 elderflowers in a bucket with 1 liter of mineral water.
Leave to stand for 2 hours. Add sugar, citric acid and the grain.
After 15-24 hours, strain the prepared elderflowers through a sieve with a cloth and bottle the elderberry brandy.
Preparation Tip:
The elderberry brandy is enough for about 3 liters and is a nice homemade gift for occasions.
