For the energy balls, soak raisins in apple juice for approx. 1 hr.

Lightly toast 5 tablespoons of coconut flakes in a pan with coconut oil and let cool.

In the meantime, put the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cooked millet, the remaining 2 tbsp. coconut flakes and raisins in a bowl and mix in the rice syrup well.

Knead everything well and form small balls with wet hands. Roll them in the coconut flakes.

Place in the refrigerator so that the balls become a little firmer. The energy balls will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.

Preparation Tip:

A porter beer tastes great with the energy balls.
