Instructions:

For the energy balls, first wash the dates, remove the pit and chop the fruit into small cubes. Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Chop the butter as well. Add all other ingredients except the coconut and knead.

Form energy balls and roll half in the cocosette, the other half in the grated almonds.

Preparation Tip:

The energy balls are perfect as a sweet snack for in between meals, by the way, preparing the balls is also great fun for children.
