For the energy bars, preheat the oven to 170 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix the grains and the almond flour in a bowl.

Mix the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour the liquid mixture on top of the grain mixture and stir until everything is well mixed and thick.

Spread this dough on the baking sheet and flatten it with the back of a spoon until everything is 5 mm thick. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, divide into 20 bars with a knife, turn them over and bake for another 25 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet.

The bars will keep in a sealed container for about two weeks.

Preparation Tip:

The energy bars are best served with dips, avocado cream or homemade cream cheese. Or enjoy them at work in the afternoon as a satisfying crunchy snack.
