Instructions:

Make potatoes with peel in salted water and cool. Now remove the peel and cut into small cubes.

Add the drained peas and stir in, do the same with the drained and a little crumbled tuna. Pour mayo over lettuce and stir in well.

Spread smoothly on platter or possibly plate like a small mound and top nicely with a tiny bit of leftover mayo.

Decorate with egg slices and bell pepper strips.

Leave to cool until ready to serve.
