For figs with prosciutto, cut figs in half and dip cut side in granulated sugar. Heat butter in a pan, place the figs in the pan with the cut side down.

Let the sugar caramelize and add a little water. Add balsamic vinegar and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes until soft. Divide the prosciutto among plates, place figs on top.

Divide the feta cheese into pieces and sprinkle on top.
