For the stuffed grapefruits, first cut the grapefruits in half, peel out the flesh and cut into cubes. Dice the cooked ham and quarter the walnut kernels. Wash the endive, drain well and cut into strips.

Mix grapefruit flesh with ham, nuts and endive lettuce. Prepare a marinade from yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, salt and sugar and pour over the mixture. Lift through and stuff into the grapefruit halves. Serve the stuffed grapefruits.

Preparation Tip:

Toast with butter goes well with the stuffed grapefruits.
