A bean recipe for every taste:

An old fish recipe from Lake Zug, noted in the manuscript as suitable for large families because not only tasty but equally filling.

White beans are boiled in beef broth until half-cooked, then raw potato slices are added and both are cooked together until soft, seasoned with salt and pepper and finely chopped onions are sprinkled in.

Separately, fish of any kind from the lake is freed from skin and bones, cut into pieces and seasoned with salt and juice of a lemon. These pieces of fish are now mixed with the beans and potatoes and left to cook.
