The washed, well drained strawberries in a bulbous bottle form, fill the candy and pour the brandy. After 4-6 weeks of resting, pour the liqueur through a fine sieve, then ripen again in a cool place for a few weeks.
Even better than a fine sieve is a cloth baby diaper.
