Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Heat fat in a frying pan and sauté the onion. Season the onion heartily with bell pepper and paprika. Stir everything well. Add the potatoes cut into small pieces, mix well with the onions and roast for 5 to 10 min. Add salt if necessary.

The fried potatoes can be served this way, but also as a supplement to meat and vegetables.

As potatoes are exceptionally suitable leftover potatoes from lunch.
