Instructions:

For frittatas, stir milk, eggs, flour and salt into a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Put some batter in the pan and let it color for about 2 minutes, turn and bake on the other side also for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

Do the same with the remaining batter. Let the finished pancakes cool down.

Cut the cooled pancakes in half once, roll up the halves and cut into thin fritters.

Preparation Tip:

Frittatas are super freezable and can be thawed very quickly in some soup.
