Instructions:

For the gourmet skewers, wash the deepwater prawns under running water and pat dry. Salt and pepper the veal medallions.

Cut the onion and the tomato into eighths and remove the seeds, wash the mushrooms. Place all ingredients decoratively on skewers.

Mix the chili sauce with the thyme, oregano, basil, garlic granules, honey and fruit vinegar.

Fry the skewers on the grill or in a pan with a little oil. Just before cooking, brush with the sauce.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of veal medallions, you can also use other meat for the gourmet skewers.
