For the green tea and herb punch, first cut three limes into thin slices. Squeeze the juice from the remaining two.
Pour the green tea into a pitcher, add the limes and juice.
Wash the lemon balm and peppermint, spin dry and cut into fine strips. Add to the pitcher.
Add a little honey.
Pour the green tea and herb punch with iced tonic.
Chill for 1 hour and serve in punch glasses.
