For the ham and leek salad, hard boil the eggs and let cool. Wash the leek thoroughly and cut into very fine rings.

Peel the eggs and put each 2x in the egg slicer. Put the eggs, ham and leek in a bowl. Mix a few tablespoons of mayonnaise with some Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and curry powder.

Season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Add the seasoned mayonnaise to the leek, eggs and ham cubes and mix well.

Preparation Tip:

The ham and leek salad can still be refined with herbs as desired. If you prefer turkey ham, you can also use it.
